| 1. If have sample please send to us, we will provide the exact quotation and make sample accordingly. |

| 2. If no sample, please send us pictures (or send standard drawings), marked with products size, material specification, finishing and packing requirement, after knowing all details we will calculate and give a rough price, the final price will be decided by sample. |

3. If don`t have sample or drawings, please tell us your idea we will make design accordingly and send to confirm.

System
Service & Partnership
1. Quick Response
Inquiry would be replied in 24 hours. Please try to make the inquiry look like more official, especially for the first time.
"Official Inquiry": the inquiry letter with basic company information and full contact details.
2. Quotation
We would make the official quotation in 48 hours for regular inquiry. On our ready items, the quotation would be offered immediately. Details inquiry, including product Photos Style, Quantities, Sizes, Materials, Surface Treatment, Packaging, Transport etc. should be highly appreciated.
3. Sample
Samples with mould cost are negotiated, if paid advance, can considering deducted after full order comes, all depending on negotiation for both parts, equal and mutual benefit for long time cooperation. The courier freight cost in collect.
We would charge the samples fee while the conditions:
1. Samples materials or special styple with difficulty.
2. Quantity is too small for orders.
3. Mould cost is requirement.
4. Additional cost for packing or printing for samples.
4. Delivery
If regular quantity, we can finish the production in 25 to 30 days. It's subject to the delivery time confirmed in our quotation sheets. The delivery time is from the day when the samples and order confirmed.
We can not offer supports on urgent delivery, for our production schedule/plan
5. Inspection
We would take the inspection during the manufacturing and after packing finished.
Why the inspection during the manufacturing necessary?
On the products range, the final inspection after production is not enough. Even the quality problems are inspected out, the mending on the poor quality products would not improve the entire quality much enough.

Only one standard is executed during the inspection. The Inspection report would be offered in 24 hours after inspection finished.

Samples System
We would keep two sets samples, which are the same as the one confirmed for order. While order confirmed, one set samples would be offered to our manufacturing department for massive production and the other would be kept as quality and inspection standard.
2. Trial Production System
According to the order quantity, the trial production before massive production would be taken. After the trial production finished, we would make an inspection according to our quality standard. Based on the inspection, we would give our manufacturing directors further requirements to make the massive goods match the quality as samples.
During the massive production, we would take the inspection while order on process of 20%, 50% and 100%. We execute the trial production system for all new designs.
3. Inspection Report
The inspection would be taken by the inspectors appointed from ourselves. We require the inspectors have over 2 years experience on the products manufacturing and inspection.
After finishing the inspection, we would advise the inspection result first. The official report would be available in 24 hours.
All orders with us would follow our official inspection report. We would send you the report by e-mail.
Manufacturing
Quality Standard
While order confirmed, we would give clear requirements for the quality on the manufacturing plan and give the QC team and manufacturing lines samples confirmed for order.
Trial Production System
For all new designs, the trial production would be executed. The massive production is started only while the trial production quality is confirmed matching the quality standard.
Material
We would take the inspection while the material comes to our warehouse. We strictly require the material the same as the samples confirmed.
Separate Manufacturing Lines
We build separate manufacturing lines, which can assure different products orders are arranged into manufacturing at the same time. That makes the small quantity order under good cost control.
Order Status Checking System
We offer the service for the order status checking on our website. We would record all key process for the order manufacturing. And that can make sure the customers can know the order status. We would do our best to update the status while the key process is finished.
